| Early Morning | Warm water + lemon juice + honey | |
| Breakfast | Any fruit (Apple/Papaya/Grapes), Dalia or Toned skimmed milk with Jaggary or honey. | |
| Mid-Morning | Carrot/Orange juice | |
| Lunch | Vegetable salad, boiled vegetable (slight soupy), rice/wheat chapati, Fenugreek leaves (Methi) | |
| Mid-Afternoon | Green coconut water/Sugarcane juice | |
| Dinner | Veg soup, Boiled vegetable with slight lemon juice, boiled potato, rice/chapati. |

Recipe for JAUNDICE
Carrot-Dean Clear Soup
Ingredients : Carrot 2 pcs chopped, Beans 100 gm chopped, 1 onion chopped, 1 Chilli chopped, black pepper, vegetable stock 3 cups.
Method : Take a pan and boil vegetable stock. Add vegetable and mix well. When vegetables are boiled turn the heat low and keep boiling. When vegetables are done add salt and black pepper.
Serve piping hot.
