Why Exercise is necessary?


  • Regular exercise helps burn calories and also helps reduce weight.
  • Its maintain Insulin level and blood sugar.
  • Exercise(walking) reduce hand & leg pain and blood circulation help to overcome from it.
  • The main thing is exercise reduce stress level and result is control your blood sugar.

                                       
DO :
  • Walking, Jogging.
  • Cycling
  • Swimming
                                          

DON'T :
  • If your blood sugar level over is 300 mg/Dl don't exercise.
  • Pain in hand and leg.
  • Breathing problem.
  • If you take high dose of medicine.
