Protect your Vision

DON'T FORGET TO BLINK

We normally blink 15 to 20 times a minute, but the rate drops while viewing a screen. If you don't blink often enough, the cornea can dry out, and irritate you. Use the 20/20/20 rule while looking at any screen. Every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds so you can blink naturally.

CLEAN UP YOUR MAKE-UP :

Toss that tube pr mascara after three months since it could be harbouring bacteria. Sharpen your eyeliner regularly. Line the base of your lashes but beware of applying liner inside the lash line. it could block the oil glands that protect the eye surface

GREEN TEA :

Replace chai with green tea during your mid-afternoon office break. It contains catechins, which are among a host of antioxidants. Reseachers from the Chinese University of Hong Kong have found that catechins are absorbed in the highest concentration by the tissues in the retina, the part of the eye that detects light.
